Q. Where can I find your products?
A. Fun Sweets cotton candy is available online at amazon.com. Our products are also sold through Wal-Mart, Dollar General, Publix, Winn-Dixie, and many others  Contact us to find a retailer near you.

Q. How long will my cotton candy stay fresh?
A. Every Fun Sweets cotton candy tub has a Best Before date stamped on it. Unopened tubs should be county fair fresh prior to the noted date. Once the tub is opened and the product is exposed to air it will begin to shrink over time. For best results once the freshness seal is broken store any  unused portion in a lidded container in a cool dry place.

Q. What is your minimum order quantity?
A. Fun Sweets minimum order quantity is ONE PALLET. One pallet is equal to 1,620 units of 1.5 oz OR 1,260 units of 2 oz OR 648 units of 4 oz. Fun Sweets does assort pallets, but since all product is made fresh to order, there is a minimum order quantity of 600 units per flavor.

Q. Does Fun Sweets comply with FDA listing of allergens in their ingredients?
A. Fun Sweets products are compliant with FDA regulations so when they contain potential allergens such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts and pecans), soy or wheat; those allergens are clearly noted in the product’s ingredients statement using the common name of the potential allergen

Q. Are Fun Sweets products gluten free?
A. Yes, all Fun Sweets products are gluten-free.

Q: Do you offer special programs for Fund Raising?
A: Many schools, sports clubs and other youth organizations have used Fun Sweets cotton candy as part of their Fund Raising programs. E-mail us and we’ll be happy to explain available programs.

Q: Do you donate product to charities?
A: Throughout the year Fun Sweets donates product to several charitable organizations that support children’s causes. In order to ensure that we can have the greatest possible impact with these donations we have limited the roster of organizations we work with and are not considering an expansion of this network at this time.
